Это не automatic formality. На этом этапе:

  • Принимается решение: делать оффер или нет.
  • Calibrate level и compensation.
  • Согласовать timing.
  • Negotiate terms.

Final interview

Часто последнее собеседование — с hiring manager или team lead.

Offer arrived. Before signing — pause, evaluate.

2. Role.

Red flags to watch
