Structure ответа:

  • Situation — context
  • Task — что стояло
  • Action — что вы сделали

Q: Tell me about conflict с stakeholder.

Plastика: «PM хотел ship feature быстро, я видел data gap».

STAR:

S: В Q3 запускали новую pricing feature. PM wanted ship быстрее — целевая дата.

T: Моя задача — analysis impact pricing на revenue. Я обнаружил, что тесты данных incomplete.

A: Предложил 1-week delay для доп. данных. Начал с understanding PM priorities: quick launch vs data quality. Сделал risk assessment: если данные wrong, rollback cost 2 месяца. Ship с delay — confident decision.

R: PM agreed delay. Launch через 5 дней, A/B показал -8% impact на loyal customers. Rollback не нужен, fix applied early. PM now reaches out to analytics earlier.

1. Tell me about yourself

Self-intro. 60-90 seconds.

Structure: prior experience → current → goals.

2. Why this company?

Research заранее. Concrete reasons (product, team, mission).

3. Strengths / weaknesses

Strengths: concrete with example. Not «hard worker» — «I consistently deliver data pipelines ahead of schedule — example: X».

Weaknesses: genuine, с improvement plan. Not «perfectionist» (cliche). «Earlier в career я сидел в detail too long — learned timeboxing».

4. Tell me about failure

Growth mindset. Admit failure, learning.

Example: «Early project — underestimated complexity. Missed deadline. Learned break down, regular check-ins. В next project delivered on time».

5. Disagreement с manager

Show collaboration. Did you listen? Communicate clearly?

6. Ambiguous task

Planning, prioritization. Example breaking down unclear request.

7. Most impactful project

Quantify results. «Saved team 20 hours/week». «Increased CR by 5%».

8. Team conflict

Mediated конфликт. Not took side, helped resolve.

Growth. Specific skill + approach.

10. Why leave current job?
